The qui tam provisions were repealed on July 1, 2019. The text of the Alaska Medical Assistance False Claims and Reporting Act (“AMAFCRA”) before the repeal was written into Alaska statutes at AK Stat. § 09.58.010 – 09.58.110.
What kind of fraud is covered by the AMAFCRA?
