What kind of fraud is covered by the Delaware False Claims and Reporting Act?
The DFCRA applies to any claim made to the state, which includes claims made to political subdivisions, the Delaware Department of Transportation and all state and municipal authorities, or to an organization or person which receive funds of the State if the act complained of relates to the use of such funds. The claims may relate to Delaware Medicaid, general procurement, transportation, education, construction or other state-funded programs.
