What kind of fraud is covered by the Montana False Claims Act?
The MFCA applies to any claim made to the state, or a city, county, school district, tax or assessment district, or other political subdivision of the state, or a unit of the Montana university system. The claims may relate to Montana Medicaid, general procurement, transportation, education, construction or other state-funded programs.
